Online Support Group Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse
Overview
Welcome to this online support group. As we approach the holidays some people are filled with joy, connection and celebration. However when you're dealing with narcissistic or dysfunctional family, it can feel more like a minefield of guilt, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion.
If you're dreading family gatherings, questioning wether you should even show up, or feeling alone in your struggle, this support group is for you.
Within three bi-weekly meetings, we'll share our experiences, support eachother, and develop practical tools for protecting your peace during the holidays.
What to expect:
Each 90-minute session focuses on a specific aspect of navigating the holidays with narcissistic family members. We'll create a safe, judgement-free space where you can share openly and learn from others who truly understand.
This isn't therapy, this is peer support guided by a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach. We're walking this journey together. Sometimes just knowing you're not alone makes all the difference.

Meeting 1: Surviving the Season - preparations, setting boundaries & guilt
The holidays are approaching, and if you're dealing with narcissistic family members, the anxiety might already be building. In this session, we'll talk about setting boundaries, deciding what you will and won't do, and creating a concrete plan to protect your peace. Whether you're attending gatherings or choosing to stay away—you'll leave feeling clearer and more prepared. Each session will begin with a short calming meditation to help us arrive and settle in, and close with a brief check-in to reflect on how you're feeling as we wrap up.
