1. Who can join an Open Gathering?

Accepted Answer

Any man is welcome. Whether it’s your first time sitting in circle or you’ve joined before, the space is open for you. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to show up as you are. And to be on time! Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before we start. at 19:02 the door closes and won't open.

2. What can I expect during a Gathering?

Each evening has a theme, but the experience is guided by the honesty of the men present. We breathe, move, reflect, and share what’s real in the moment, sometimes powerful, sometimes quiet, always authentic.

3. Is this therapy or coaching?

Accepted Answer

No. This is not therapy. It’s practice, a discipline of brotherhood, awareness, and self-mastery. You won’t be analyzed or fixed; you’ll be invited to feel, speak, and connect truthfully. At your own pace, within your own belief system. We're not here as the guru.

4. What should I bring or wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move and sit in. You may also bring a journal if you like to reflect after. We provide everything else, just bring yourself.

5. What’s the atmosphere like?

Open, grounded, and real. Expect moments of laughter, depth, silence, and energy. Some exercises are active, others reflective, all designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and the men around you.

6. What’s the goal of these Gatherings?

We've found that brotherhood is a medicine to a lot of the things men are dealing with. From celebration to grieve and pain its to be seen, to connect, and to grow together. It’s about sharpening awareness, deepening presence, and building a stronger foundation for how we live, work, and relate.
