<h2><strong><strong>Welcome to Open Mind Monday</strong></strong></h2><h2><br></h2><h3>💙 Safe space</h3><p>During Open Mind Monday, we come together and discuss friendships, emotions, anxiety, gratitude, dating - among other topics.</p><p>The goal is to create a <strong><strong>judgement free space</strong></strong> where we can share and learn from each other. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with <strong><strong>like-minded individuals</strong></strong> in a supportive environment.</p>

<h3>📍Where we meet</h3><p>We meet in the beautiful studio of Yoga Nomad which is located in the<strong><strong> city center of Košice</strong></strong>. As there is a limited amount of spaces make sure you <strong><strong>sign up in advance</strong></strong>. The event will only take place if there are at least four participants. During our time together we speak English.</p>

<h3>🙋‍♂️Meet your host</h3><p>"During my time living in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, I noticed many social activities but a lack of place for discussing the <strong><strong>more serious topics in life</strong></strong>. Following up on this, I initiated an event that provided space to talk openly about topics related to mental health. </p><p>This resulted in a <strong><strong>year-long series of meetups</strong></strong> with many interesting conversations.
