A special Orecchiette Pop-Up in collaboration with corkin a wine shop focused on artisanal Italian products.

We will have two-time slots

First: 17.30 - 19.30

Second: 20.00 - 22.00


We will be serving a three-course menu


Starter: (to share) a selection of traditional Apulian cheese and affettati

Main Course: Homemade Orecchiette in a rich tomato sauce, topped with ricotta salata cheese.

Dessert: Vanilla panna cotta with a juicy strawberry macedonia.

A glass of Quotidiano wine is included and of course, you are welcome to order more.


While you enjoy your meal, a special guest will give a live demonstration of how to shape orecchiette.

- Hands-On Pasta Making: Learn how to craft fresh, homemade pasta from scratch using traditional Italian techniques. We’ll guide you step by step through the process.

- Fun & Social Atmosphere: Laugh, chat, and connect with others while cooking together. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll feel part of a warm, welcoming community.

- The Full Experience: After making the pasta, we’ll cook and enjoy the meal together with a selection of Italian wines and drinks.

- Cultural Insights: Along with cooking tips, you’ll learn about different types of flour, how to combine eggs and water, the role of humidity in dough making, and the best cooking times.
