How many people can join the training?

We work with a maximum of 8 people per training session. We do this to ensure that we can provide the personal attention that is needed to improve and push you to your limits.

What do I have to bring to the training session?

Make sure you're wearing your sports clothes and that you bring your own water. Also bring your own boxing gloves! If you don't own any gloves you can rent them from the Jimme team for €2,5
