Are you looking for outdoor yoga classes in Eindhoven? Then you are in the right place! :) Researches show that weekly yoga classes can help reduce perceived stress and back pain, improve sleep quality, increase feelings of clear-mindedness, composure, elation, energy, confidence. <ul><li>10 EUR/person</li><li>Included tea! ☕</li><li>Registration mandatory via hello@giyogadance.com</li><li>Bring your own mat (in case you don’t have one, let me know)</li><li>In case of bad weather, we move class online. To all who registered, I will send an email with a Google Meet link to join the class. But then no tea 🙁 </li><li>Class date/time/location is a matter of change (therefore make sure to register, so I can let you know about changes if any)</li><li>The outdoor yoga class location is between John Kennedy Avenue and TU next to Dommel river.</li></ul>IMPORTANT!
