Of course! The lesson is open to all levels and every sequence will have adjustments adequate to the student's level. Just let the teacher know before the lesson starts :)

Yes, as long as it stays quiet during the practice and doesn’t disturb others. There is a small cat on the property and he also should be let unbothered :)

We believe that spiritual practices such as Yoga shouldn't be quantifiable in money. Everyone gives to the teacher the amount that they believe is right for the service offered ?
