It is so useful to do this already now (talking from own experience!).This gives you a solid foundation for a time that is so special 🌸 ✨ Small Rituals to Honour Your Transition into ParenthoodScattered throughout this pregnancy workshop are gentle, symbolic rituals designed to help you honor the threshold you are crossing 🌿These small moments invite you to pause, reflect, and consciously step into your evolving roles 🤍They add depth, meaning, and emotional grounding to your preparation—without being overwhelming.You may find that these rituals help you feel the transition you are living through, not just think about it 🕊️ 🎨 Creative TimeDuring the Parents’ Blessing workshop, you’ll also enjoy a small creative ritual that helps you anchor your intentions for birth and after 🌿You can choose between two beautiful options: • Birth Candle Coaster 🕯️Design a personalised coaster for your birth candle, decorated with an affirmation or supportive words for labour and postpartum. Add symbols or stickers to make it entirely your own. • Blessing Garland 💗Write your wishes, affirmations, or words of encouragement on paper hearts and string them together to create your own Blessing Garland—a meaningful piece to hang in your birth space or maybe even the baby’s room!
