It's possible after this training to become a TeamConnect Partner. A Partner is certified to do the TC Process with teams on her or his own in a sufficient quality.

You can become a certified partner by sending us a recording or report from a TC team session. This recording will be evaluated by us, using a list of criteria (available for anyone).

In these 4 online sessions of 4,5 hrs you will learn:

• A deep understanding of the systemic principles for teams to flourish 
• How these principles relate to each of the six modules of the TC survey
• The technical aspects of introducing the survey to a team
• Reading and interpreting the results in a phenomenological way
• Upgrading the results into a systemic diagnose of the present state of the team
• Related to the potential of the team
• Culminating in answers to the question: ‘what would this system need’
• Doing so by second order interventions.
• Preparing the (online) team feedforward session
• From a non-judgements inner state
• Holding space for the team as a whole
• While protecting the ones with the smallest container
• And doing systemic interventions at the same time
• While being aware of your own patterns that might interfere
• Deeply enjoying the humanity and life force in working systems and teams

Prerequisites:

• Enjoying the art of systemic work in teams and organizations. 
• Having a deep interest in how teams are functioning and what the good reasons might be that they are as they are.
• A thorough foundation in systemic work in organizations 
• Being willing and able to explore and practice in between the modules

Recommended:

• To have one team available on which you can practice. This team doesn’t pay. They most likely get a lot out of it, and as a balance in take and give you can practice.
• To have read ‘Systemic Leadership’ (Jan Jacob Stam and Barbara Hoogenboom)

Your investment:

€430 for the training fee. Your time, craftsmanship and dedication.

Recording

Of course it is highly recommended and the aim to be present during the training sessions. They will be recorded in case you have to miss (a part of) one session in maximum.

Partner Fee 

A partner normally charges a team €1500 plus €50 for each team member for the survey process, feedforward session, preparations etc. A partner pays us, the TC organization, €450 for each team, regardless the number of team members. For this €450 you get: support (if needed) on the analysis of the team results; the use of the TC software and its updates and new versions (like TC self-employed and TC small-organizations), use of the survey in several languages (now available in English and Spanish, besides Dutch) and not to forget the TC community meetings twice a year.

(In the Netherlands at the moment is a group of 12 TC partners who have a very lively exchange, support each other, often work in buddy teams during a team session and do intervision sessions)

*Notice: these charges of €1500 per team plus €50 per team member and a fee of €450 per team for the TC organization are based on Western European economy. For other economies these numbers can be adapted proportionally.
