Life doesn’t always slow down for us.
Through gentle, grounding yoga, embodied meditation, and conscious breathwork, this extended class invites you to explore a new way of being — one where stress, uncertainty, or overwhelm become openings for awareness rather than reasons to shut down.
You’ll learn how to:
- Shift from reactivity to calm presence
- Rewire habitual stress patterns
- Anchor yourself in moments that normally trigger impatience or tension
- Strengthen your ability to sit with discomfort without collapsing or pushing it away
Whether you're standing in an airport queue or navigating a personal challenge, this practice helps you find that quiet strength inside. The kind of strength that says:
“Even this, I can be with.
