Life doesn’t always slow down for us — but we can learn to slow down within it.

This 2.5-hour workshop blends gentle, grounding yoga, embodied meditation, and conscious breathwork to help you:

  • Shift from reactivity to calm presence.
  • Rewire habitual stress patterns.
  • Find steadiness in moments that normally trigger impatience or overwhelm.

Through movement, breath, and deep rest, you’ll reconnect to the quiet strength that’s already inside you — the strength that says, “Even this, I can meet.”

What to Expect:

  • 1 hour pranayama to harmonize your breath and calm the mind.
  • 1 hour of Yin & Yang yoga to release tension.
  • 30 minutes of meditation & yoga nidra for deep relaxation.

All levels are welcome.If you can’t join live, the recording is yours for 28 days.
