About this event:
For most organizations in the Netherlands, the EU Pay Transparency Directive is still somewhere on the "we'll get to it" list. But January 2027 isn't that far away.

2026 is the year to prepare ourselves. To know what to exactly prepare for & how, we're welcoming Anca Dranca Iacoban from ING. Anca shaped ING's implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, translating legislation into processes, systems, and communications. She will share her practical knowledge so you know where to start.

We'll cover two themes:

  1. What does Pay Transparency actually require from you? We'll unpack what it means in practice for your processes, your systems, and the way managers talk about pay.
  2. How do you prepare your organization this year? We'll look at what a solid preparation roadmap looks like: where to begin & what to align internally.
