About this event:
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to confidently handle underperformance cases - and if needed, the VSO that follows. Employment lawyer Frank Penders will show you how to negotiate like a pro: what to say and what common pitfalls to avoid before they cost you.

Frank has spent over 15 years navigating the fine line between what’s fair, smart, and legally sound - for both employers and employees.

He’ll share his negotiation strategies, red flags, and what HR should know when entering the room with a lawyer on the other side.

Why should you attend?
Every People Lead will deal with underperformance and settlement cases at some point in their career. Whether it’s your first or your fiftieth case, there's always room improve how you navigate those tricky processes. You want to be prepared - on paper, in conversation, and across the table. • Work on an exercise in which you learn to spot mistakes in VSOs, so you can prevent them next time
