Two online events and one garden visit about permaculture and how it can support physical health, mental health and conscious ageing

<h3>Are you health conscious? Do you want to support your mental health? Are you thinking about your old(er) age? Do you want to learn about permaculture?</h3>This programme is designed to offer knowledge on these topics:<ul><li>What is permaculture and how does it work.</li><li>What does permaculture have to offer for individuals in terms of healthy/active ageing, physical health, mental health, food, etc.</li><li>How to manage a 3500 m2 (give or take) permaculture space with very little maintenannce. Even living far from the actual garden.</li></ul><h3>The programme has three elements and dates:</h3>1. Online training on permaculture, health, and conscious ageing (zoom meeting on 20th Aug 10am - 1pm) 2. Garden visit (21th Aug, 11am - 4 pm) in Gödöllő, Hungary3. Online consultation (zoom meeting 24th Aug, 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm). This is based on your questions, reflections, future plans, after the garden visit.Time zone: GMT + 2 (Amsterdam time)REGINA Garden is located in Gödöllő, Hungary. It is about 20 minutes from Budapest by car. Public transport to Gödöllő from Budapest is good. REGINA Garden is 20+ years old, 3500 m2, mature permaculture forest garden, designed to be very low maintenance.
