First talk: Optimizing Enterprise CI/CD: Techniques That Worked for Us
Talk Description: How did we optimize our enterprise CI/CD? Migrated from Bitbucket Pipelines to GitHub Actions, used shared workflows. Implemented matrix parallel jobs and Docker Buildx for multi-arch builds, slashing CI time 60% with layer caching and self-hosted runners. Pushed only on main merges; result: from ~1 hour to less than 8min pipelines with reliable enterprise-scale deploys.

I am Jafar Rezaei, technical squad lead at Lyreco, I am a curious software professional with 13+ years in programming, design, and architecture, DevOps and Infra management . I've authored three books and worked with international teams. Passionate about open-source.
