An inspiring and interactive online presentation to raise awareness about PMDD in the workplace and to break the stigma around discussing "female issues" at work. This informative sessions is aimed at menstruators navigating moodswings in the workplace as well as HR teams, employers and colleagues who want to make the workplace more inclusive.

As a PMDD-warrior herself, Claudia shares her personal journey and inspires action with real-life examples.Attendees will understand PMDD better and never again dismiss it (or be dismissed) as "just a woman's issue" or "just PMS".While informative, this talk is focused on taking action with small practical steps that can make a big impact in the workplace.

Speaker Bio

Claudia is a mom with PMDD who helps other moms with PMDD thrive. After receiving her PMDD-diagnosis and working through a related burnout, Claudia discovered her genius zone: working as a solopreneur and taking the skills and tools she has collected over the years to help women cope with motherhood. Today, Claudia is an expert in stress management and self-care for (expat) mothers
