How do I pay at the Fan Sale?

You can only pay by card with a debit card. We can't accept cash or credit card payments at the Fan Sale.

Can I have my items delivered to my house?

No. This service is not available at the Fan Sale. All purchases have to be taken right away.

How do I get access to the Fan Sale?

Accepted Answer

Every person that wants access to the venue needs to register for a ticket. The venue has restrictions regarding the amount of people we can let inside at the same time. The tickets are for free, but every person needs their own ticket.

Where does the Fan Sale take place?

The Fan Sale is NOT at our store on Westerstraat! The Fan Sale is at  Willem Fenengastraat 10 in Amsterdam.
