Yes, as long as you are at least 12 weeks postpartum and have received clearance from your doctor. This session is gentle and supportive, but if you have any specific concerns, please consult your healthcare provider beforehand.

Can I have a meal before breathwork?

It’s best to practice breathwork on an empty stomach or after a very light meal. A full stomach can make deep breathing uncomfortable. We recommend waiting at least 1-2 hours after eating before your session. If needed, opt for something light like fruit or a small snack beforehand.

All mats and props will be provided. Just wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted breathing and movement. You may also wish to bring a water bottle but water will be provided as well.
