On the 25th of July, from 19.00 onwards, we are organizing a BBQ! This event will take place at the BBQ place of the Albarda flat and will be a public event (so everybody is welcome). Come join us for some summer vibes, good food and nice conversations. In order to join, the only thing you need to do is bring some food for on the bbq for yourself and maybe a side dish and/or drink to share with others. The event itself is completely free. Please also make sure to bring your own cup, plate, cutlery and picnic blanket. Want to join? Sign up quickly. Due to the current corona situation, we would like to ask you to comply with the following corona measures to keep this event as safe as possible:
- DO A SELFTEST before you go to the event OR make sure you can show a negative PCR test result in case your PCR test was less than 24 hours ago. Only people that can show a negative test result are allowed to enter the event. Make sure to take a picture of your selftest result within 15 to 30 mins after you did the test (after that, the result may not be reliable anymore)
- Disinfect your hands upon arrival to the event.
- Keep 1.5 m distance from other participants as much as you can.
- Stay home if you don&#x27;t feel well .
- Go home if you start to feel sick during the event. In that case, let one of the board members know
- If you find out you have covid within 7 days after the event, please let the board know. You can do this by sending an email to vsawageningen@gmail.com This way, we can let the other participants know that they have been in contact with an infected person. Due to the privacy law, we will not mention your name or any other personal details when we share this information. If you do want people to know that it was you, please update the other participant yourself or give us explicit permission via email to share your name.
- Do not enter the event spontaneously if you don&#x27;t have a ticket via the Eventbrite link. This event has a max. capacity of 10 participants.
