Een begeleide Shinrin-yoku sessie is een feest van onthaasten en van de verbinding. De verbinding ontstaat op alle niveaus: tussen mens en de natuur, tussen mensen onderling, en jouw verbinding met jezelf. Lees meer op de website, meer informatie ontvangt u ook per email, een dag voor de sessie.

- Meenemen: Geschikte kleding voor de weersomstandigheden op de dag van de wandeling. Waterflesje of eigen thee voor tijdens de wandeling.

- Duur sessie: ongeveer 3 uur

Kat Novotna is ANFT certified Forest Therapy guide, EcoNIDRA™ founder, and trainer of ANFT Forest Therapy guides and EcoNIDRA™ teachers. Kat is currently facilitating Forest Bathing and EcoNIDRA™ sessions and trainings in the Netherlands and online. Kat also serves as a Chair of the European Council fo the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and is co-host of the international One in Nature podcast.
