Course Outline

The Professional Scrum Product Owner™ – AI Advanced (PSPO-AI Advanced) course takes Product Owners beyond using AI as a personal co-pilot and into the world of leading AI features within their products. Building on the foundations of PSPO-AI Essentials, participants learn how to define, prototype, and evaluate AI-enabled features responsibly.

Through real use cases and hands-on exercises, you will experience what it means to bring AI into product features such as chatbots, recommenders, and agents. You will practice thin-slicing AI features, apply guardrails to mitigate risks, and use Scrum empiricism to adapt as you learn — without needing technical expertise.

By the end of the course, you will be equipped with practical tools and confidence to guide AI features from idea to delivery. From canvases and checklists to runbooks and definitions of done, you will leave prepared to ensure AI features deliver value, remain transparent and sustainable, and succeed where many AI initiatives fail.

The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner-AI Essentials (PSPO-AI Advanced) certification exam.

Certification

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Product Owner-AI Advanced course receive a password to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner-AI Advanced (PSPO-AI Advanced) assessment. The industry-recognized PSPO-AI Advanced certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. Class participants of official Scrum.org classes who attempt the PSPO-AI Advanced assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost.

Cancellation

If the training has to be canceled by the organizer due to a low number of participants or due to illness of the trainer, already paid registration fees will be refunded in full. AgileVisor informs the participant well before the scheduled training date.

When the participant can not make it, then we often work out another possible training date for the participant. In very special circumstances, AgileVisor may grant a refund as well.
