It’s a time when the outer world quiets and we are given a chance to listen, reset, and feel what truly matters. For some, winter can feel heavy or still; for others, it’s an opportunity to connect more deeply with their inner warmth and purpose.The Psychedelic Breath® Winter Series is a 5-part online journey designed to support you through these months. Each session is a space to reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and strengthen your inner fire guided by the rhythm of your breath and immersive electronic music.<h3>🌬 What is Psychedelic Breath®?</h3>Psychedelic Breath® is a powerful breathing technique developed in Berlin and inspired by the creative energy of Burning Man. It blends ancient breathwork practices with modern science and music-driven experience to help you reach an expanded state of awareness , without any external substances.Through guided breathing sequences and sound, you can:<ul><li>Release stress and tension</li><li>Gain insights and clarity</li><li>Feel more grounded, alive, and connected to your body</li></ul>Each 90-minute session combines dynamic breathing, deep electronic soundscapes, and moments of silence to integrate what arises, creating space for renewal and transformation.<h3>🌕 The Journey</h3><ol><li>November — Arrival --&gt; Will be on December 8th Grounding into the season. Coming home to your body and breath.</li><li>December — Release Letting go of the weight of the year. Creating space for what’s next.</li><li>January — Inner Fire Awakening your strength and vitality from within.</li><li>February — Clarity Listening to your intuition and breathing into focus.</li><li>March — Renewal Integrating insights and stepping into spring with openness and direction.</li></ol><h3>💻 Practical Information</h3><ul><li>5 Online Sessions (Zoom, link after sign-up)</li><li>Duration: 90 minutes each starting at 19:30 CET</li><li>Language: English</li><li>Dates: December 8th, December 18, January 15, February 12 and March 19.</li><li>Full Series Package: €80</li><li>If you miss a session, the recording will be available for 2 weeks</li><li>No previous experience required, just your breath and curiosity</li></ul>⚠️ Contraindications Psychedelic Breath® is a powerful practice and is not recommended during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, anxiety or panic disorders, psychosis, a history of stroke, or recent facial surgery.
