Qualitative research enables a deep understanding of human experience, phenomena and context, and allows us to ask questions that cannot be easily expressed with numbers. The Qualitative Research Group (QRG) at the University of Groningen aims to facilitate the use of qualitative research methods. To that end, it creates opportunities to share experiences and to promote collaboration among people interested in qualitative research. On 26th May 2023, the QRG organizes its first conference, as part of its vision to build a community! We invite students, researchers, educators and practitioners to learn more about and deepen their understanding of qualitative research. It will be an opportunity to share expertise and to create new connections. The conference will be open to those with experience in qualitative research as well as to those with little or no experience.
