🌱 About the workshop:
As a queer person, it's not always easy to stay connected to your body: because we're part of a capitalist and productivity focused society, but also because we don't always feel safe in our own bodies. In this workshop, we will practice finding a connection with our bodies and the nature around us, using our senses, movement and writing. What do you notice around you? What is your body telling you? And what do you want to create today?
🌱 About the artist:
Duraa is a word artist, singer-songwriter and theatre-maker. To her, art means both protest and joy. Her work ranges from fierce social criticism to fiery self-love and from bold pieces about sex and sexuality to personal works about this unbearable life.
