You can expect a guided moment to slow down and give your system the space to settle — a soft transition from the week into your weekend.There’s nothing you need to do. No talking. No sharing. No pressure.The session is mostly in silence, with a few simple moments of guided breathing woven in. No performance — just space to be.In a calm, low-stimulation environment, you’ll be gently guided into relaxation. Allowing your body to release tension and your mind to slow down naturally.From doing to being. From week to weekend.<h3>What to expect</h3>– A 45-minute, mostly silent session – Sitting or lying down comfortably – A few moments of simple guided breathing – Minimal movement – A calm, grounded group setting<h3>This is for you if…</h3>– your week has been full or mentally demanding – you don’t feel like doing much – you don’t feel like talking or sharing – you want quiet time, but not necessarily aloneNo experience needed.<h3>Good to know</h3>This session is about settling and decompressing, not fixing or processing.
