<h3>A quiet space to leave a busy week behind and gently reset — together.</h3> Quiet Decompress Sesh is a low-key, mostly silent group session designed to help mind and body settle after a full or demanding week.There’s no talking, no sharing, and no pressure to do anything “right.” We slow down together by simply being — lying or sitting comfortably, with a few moments of very simple, guided breathing. The emphasis is on rest, ease, and letting things decompress naturally, in connection with others.This is not a workout, a talking circle, or a meditation class.It’s a pause. A reset. A quiet way to recharge. <h3>FIY</h3>This session is for women only.If you’re interested in a similar session for men, you’re very welcome to send an email to: info@untanglestress.com— I’ll happily add you to the waiting list for a future men-only session. <h4>This might be for you if:</h4>your week has been busy or mentally fullyou don’t feel like doing muchyou don’t feel like talking or sharingyou want quiet time, but not necessarily aloneNo prior experience needed. <h4>What to expect</h4>A 45-minute, mostly silent sessionSitting or lying down comfortablyA few moments of very simple guided breathingMinimal movementA calm, grounded group settingThere may be some light, non-sexual physical proximity or contact (such as sitting back-to-back or holding hands). Participation is always optional, and boundaries are respected at all times. <h4>Practical notes</h4>Please wear warm, comfortable clothing.Layers are recommended.Woolly socks and a blanket or large towel are a good idea.The body often cools down as things settle. <h4>Important to know</h4>This session is about settling and decompressing, not fixing or processing.You’re welcome to come exactly as you are. <h4>Your host:</h4>A little about me. And Certified stress &amp; burnout coach and mental fitness expert.I’m all about simple, low-pressure ways to help people settle their nervous systems and feel more at ease — together and on their own.
