This short, bi-weekly session is a guided moment to slow down and give your system the space to settle — a soft transition from the week into your weekend.

There’s nothing you need to do.
No talking. No sharing. No pressure.

The session is mostly in silence, with a few simple moments of guided breathing woven in.
No performance — just space to be.

In a calm, low-stimulation environment, you’ll be gently guided into relaxation. Allowing your body to release tension and your mind to slow down naturally.

What to expect

– A 45-minute, mostly silent session
– Sitting or lying down comfortably
– A few moments of simple guided breathing
– Minimal movement
– A calm, grounded group setting
