No talking. No sharing. No pressure.The session is mostly in silence, with a few simple moments of guided breathing woven in. No performance — just space to be.In a calm, low-stimulation environment, you’ll be gently guided into relaxation. Allowing your body to release tension and your mind to slow down naturally.From doing to being.
