Is this workshop for me?

This workshop is for women who are tired of letting self-doubt run the show. If you find yourself overthinking, comparing, brushing off compliments, or talking yourself out of opportunities because you’re “not ready,” this is for you.

What can I expect to get out of the workshop?

You’ll walk away with simple, practical tools to quiet your inner critic so it stops running your life. Expect to learn how to spot that sneaky voice before it takes over, shift into more supportive self-talk, and take action even when doubt pops in.

Question 3

Do I need to prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

Worksheets will be provided. But, it will add to your experience if you bring a notebook, pen and an open mind.

Do I have to share personal stuff?

Accepted Answer

This is entirely up to you. In many cases, the more engaged you are, the more you're likely to get in return. However, it's not necessary to share personal experiences in order to benefit from this workshop.

Question 5

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. Although Kylie has a psychology degree, she is not offering therapy. Some therapeutic strategies will be used. However, this is a coaching workshop and is not a replacement for therapy.
