This event is part of a workshop series and is meant for you as an opportunity to recharge by practicing your mindfulness skills. The webinar captures the essence of what mindfulness is about while offering interactive elements to experience mindfulness in practice and equip you with simple tools that you can easily implement into your everyday life.
Get ready to challenge your thinking, build new habits, and move closer to the life you want to live – by being more mindful.

- an interactive webinar on ZOOM

- ‘cameras on, microphones off’
- a 60-minute presentation followed by a Q&A (up to 30 minutes)
how to best prepare
- please make yourself familiar with the ZOOM software beforehand
- choose a quiet location and put your phone on the side
- have a pen and some paper next to you

about the recharge programme
This event is part of the foundation series for the recharge programme. Next to the mindfulness webinar, there will also be a session about emotional agility as well as a webinar about resilience. These 3 webinars are meant to equip you with the foundational skills to join the recharge programme, a 6-week online training that will be launched in winter 20/21. However, each foundation session can also stand for itself or can be combined into a package (see below).
The recharge programme is based on 6 interactive online sessions that are dedicated to your personal growth. In a small group setting, you’ll get to rediscover who you are and who you want to be – while moving closer to your goals with intention. The program offers theoretical input, practical tools, time for self-reflection and self-assessments, interactive group sessions as well as ongoing support through the recharge community. To be launched this winter.
