You&#x27;ll then lay back, relax with healing sounds to really integrate and embark on a journey within. Guided by Irem&#x27;s voice and the healing sounds of her Crystal Alchemy bowls, you&#x27;ll soon find yourself floating into a state of deep relaxation and leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to welcome your intentions as they begin to manifest!What you need for this experience:<ul><li>A notebook/paper &amp; pen to journal</li><li>A quiet space where you can comfortably sit and lay down to relax.</li><li>Headphones really enhance the sound bath experience!</li><li>An eye mask or eye pillow is a nice touch!</li><li>Bring along your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged</li><li>Dress comfortably, yet in line with your intentions and come ready to relax!</li></ul>Are you ready to create beautiful shifts in your life?
