Women On Psychedelics (WOOP) is a growing global community of female psychedelic enthusiasts and professionals that believe in the transformative potential of psychedelics. We work towards the normalization of these substances and the end of the stigmatization around women’s mental health and women’s drug use. We hope to connect women* through creative, social, and political educational content and activities that work to create a positive change on the ways psychedelics are viewed/perceived by the general public.

WOOP invites you to a regular gathering of women who are interested in connecting around the integration of psychedelic experiencies

After intense, profound, and/or moving experiences in which we possibly access and connect to certain truths or realities or parts of ourselves, the important and oftentimes challenging part comes. How do we incorporate those insights and parts of ourselves we’ve accessed into our daily lives? How do we embody these experiences?Integration takes many different forms, depending on the individual and the situation, but we strongly believe that women’s circles can strengthen and support this process. Wherever we may be in our journey, coming together in a circle provides a time and space for us to walk alongside one another in support. To be seen, heard, and witnessed, to share our memories, and to collectively remember and learn from one another.We are now opening regular integration circles by donation. A donation is not mandatory but recommended to support the space holder for her time. Whether you are someone who wants to work on or examine something that has come up during a psychedelic journey, or simply want to attend and be present, we welcome you.Women are encouraged to openly and without judgment share their insights, ideas, and sentiments about their experiences. We will adhere to the rights of equal participation, inclusiveness, trust, confidentiality, and respect for one another throughout the circles.Our goal is to establish and encourage the growth of a community of women who are here to support and empower one another. To ensure the quality of the circles, we will have a limited number of participants. Circles are planned to run between one and one and a half hours, and it is important to arrive on time for the session in order to avoid interrupting the flow of sharings or any of the several stages or processes that take place within it. This circle will happen regularly on Thursdays, 10 am PST | 7 pm CET, and will be facilitated by Jean Johnson, psychedelic coach and guide. Jean has been a student of personal growth, self-healing and transformation for over 25 years. She began in earnest to address a lifetime of depression, anxiety and addictions in the summer of 2019 through the skillful use of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Jean is a certified psychedelic preparation and integration coach, medicine guide, and registered yoga instructor with 1200+ hours of formal training and over fifteen years of teaching experience.
