A guided Forest Therapy walk is a celebration of nature and human connection helping us to relax, recharge, improve our moods and concentration, boost our immune system functioning, experience the felt experience of aliveness, slowing down, getting new insights, being naturally creative... and then bringing all of this with a big smile back home to our daily life.The guide, trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, will help you slow down, get into your senses and your own body to support your experience of connecting with nature and your self, using a technique called the Standard Sequence of Invitations. The Art of Shinrin-yoku is a profound way of deepening the connection with yourself, with others and the big whole of nature. Its effects on our well-being and sense of connection are said to be similar to the effects of a more-day hiking trip in nature. It all works and it&#x27;s all been tested and proven. The guide will be guiding you from a beautiful nature spot in the Netherlands. Upon registration, you will receive a Zoom link to join, together with a few simple tips and instructions on how to join.
