Female Wave of Change is as a global movement always focused to create a better world for all: A more conscious, more sustainable, more connected and more human world for all.Covid-19 has affected many people worldwide: affected by the virus and or have lost their loved ones. The economy has been heavily affected and women, their families and communities worldwide feel the consequences more then ever.Over the past couple of months, since we were all united in a worldwide pandemic, we have seen our global decision-makers, communities and individuals responding to the health, social and economic challenges as best as they knew how to.Let us Reshape the Future and Accelerate Positive Change TogetherWe believe that we all have to take responsibility to create a better world: a more humane, more conscious, more sustainable and more connected world. We strongly believe that now more than ever we need to support a more feminine, values-based approach in leadership. We need more Authentic Feminine Leaders at all levels of society to be the catalysts of change so that together we will create a better world for all of us.We believe that a change of mindset is needed to be able to live according to values that unite us to make real change happen. We truly believe that with a different mindset, a different heart set and a different soul set, we can change the narrative. Working together from a different approach, we will find solutions for many of the challenges we are currently facing. An approach based on love and compassion and the recognition that we are the keepers of the planet that belongs to future generations.COVID-19 came unexpectedly, we as global movement had to act fast, and it made us more conscious of the things that really matter! We are ready to act together in order to make sure that lives, jobs, businesses and opportunities were not lost in vain. Now more then ever we have our eye on the future; a future for the current and for future generations.As global movement we have defined 5 key area that we feel we can act on: Humanity, Health, Education, Economy and Environment. Areas that are all interconnected.Over the past couple of months our global team of members of the Circle of Wise Women, Ambassadors and Wavemakers have been working on these key areas; diving into the challenges, describing where and how they are connected and defining how the Female Wave of Change global community can act to &quot;Reshape the Future and Accelerate Positive Change Together&quot; On September 26 we will finalize our Call to Action and present a blueprint how we are going to Reshape the Future at all levels of society. We invite you to join us in this proces: we have to act together! We need to hear your voice and we invite you to join us to implement these changes in society!Inspiring speakers and panelists from all over the world and all walks of life will challenge you to think, in breakout sessions and polls we want you to engage so we hear your voice and in the end we would love to have your commitment to BE THE CHANGE so we as Authentic Feminine leaders will show that we can change the narrative...together!
