About this event

When it comes to "mobility", one can think of "constant and continuous", but not all movements can be called mobility. The flow in the healing flow is not only a coherent connection between movements, but also a smooth and smooth breathing and breathing, as well as a perfect combination of breathing and movements. By using breathing fusion postures, energy flows leisurely and continuously within the body.

In Restorative Flow Yoga, there is not too much muscle strength confrontation, but rather bringing consciousness back to the body, feeling with inner awareness, and experiencing the most authentic feeling of the body in each pose.

Duration: 75 minutes Difficulty: Level 1 - 1.5 (Beginner, Upper Beginner)

Restorative Flow Yoga is suitable for everyone. Whether you have practiced yoga or not, and whether your body's flexibility is sufficient, you can experience the joy and comfort of yoga in this class.

At the end of yoga practice, Daisy will take you into a Yoga Nidra (ancient relaxation technique also called "the sleep of the yogi") with the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls.

About Me

At I Feel Good Yoga Space, I want to make everyone feel better and more joyful, both physically and mentally. I am delighted to help you to find balance in your body and achieve inner peace and sense of well-being.

Here, we mainly share Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice classes at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, as well as Yin Yoga classes that helps to decrease stress and tension after fast-paced work. My favorite yoga class is Restorative Flow Yoga, which is suitable for everyone. Whether you have practiced yoga or not, and whether your body's flexibility is sufficient, you can experience the joy and comfort of yoga in this course. But Restorative Flow Yoga is not so easy. It combines the essence of Ayurveda and Chinese traditional Kung fu. It also has beginner and intermediate levels of difficulty in physical practice, and helps us enhance our mental strength in the energy layer.

My Philosophy

When I share yoga, I am motivated to encourage students to practice in a feel good atmosphere and to carry this mood after the class back to their lives.

How to do that? There are two core ideas: relaxation and balance.

Relaxation: Relaxation is always the best cure and the fastest way to replenish energy. After relaxing, one's body will initiate the self-healing process. It's not that practicing yoga heals you, rather because your organs and muscles are relatively relaxed during these exercises, the glands will help various organs of the body return to a fully energetic working state.

Balance: Everyone's body and mental charasteristics are different. To make your body feel good, you need a balance. If at the moment your life is hectic and fast-paced, you may need to practice Yin Yoga to balance that out. It slows down body, eyes, and other sensory organs, clearing blocked emotions and energy. If you haven't felt motivated or creative lately, you may need to practice Vinaysa Flow Yoga to help enhance your strength and motivation. Alternatively, you may need to practice Restorative Flow Yoga (prana-vuya) to improve your brain's creativity and enhance the feeling of self-worth, helping you return to the present.

Balance can also be understood as what is most suitable for you. If we can know what is the most suitable food, exercise, and friends in the present, it is the best wisdom. Just like postures, it's not necessarily better to practice harder, but rather the most suitable difficulty and depth for your current posture. I am very happy to use the yoga experience I have gained to share with everyone in my classroom, helping my students stay in a state of physical and mental balance, allowing the body and mind to emit I feel good from the heart!
