For too long, we’ve been told to shrink, to conform, to make ourselves palatable for a world that was never designed for our brilliance. But the days of choosing conformity over authenticity are over. It's time to reclaim what's ours and build a new legacy of leadership.

This isn't a masterclass for everyone. This is a dedicated, intimate space for Black women professionals to come together, to exhale, and to rise. Here, you don’t need to code-switch or explain your experience. Here, you are seen, you are heard, and your truth is the foundation of our work.

Root to Rise is a dynamic and transformative 2 hour masterclass designed to inspire and equip you with the tools to lead from a place of deep authenticity and power. In our intimate group of women we will:

• Unpack the Challenges: Move beyond problem awareness to owning your power. We'll explore the systemic challenges Black women face in professional spaces and craft strategies to overcome them with unapologetic confidence.
• Establish Your Pillars: Identify the foundations of your personal and professional power so you can lead with unshakeable conviction.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate your inner truth and ancestral wisdom into actionable tools that elevate your leadership and career.
• Be the Change: Confront the limiting beliefs that have held you back. This is where we step into our full power and dismantle the internal barriers to our greatness.

At the heart of this masterclass lies the Root to Rise Method, a holistic approach that uniquely blends spirituality, ancestral wisdom and science to foster profound personal and professional growth. Developed by your certified coach, Kaley Chaibva, this method combines somatic practices, emotional resilience tools, and strategic planning to help you rise with purpose and power.

Kaley Chaibva is an Executive Career Coach for Black female professionals, advocate, and founder of the Elevate & Empower program. Born in Zimbabwe and having traveled the world, Kaley uses her lived experience and professional background to guide Black women to unlock more pay, secure leadership roles, and achieve the recognition they deserve.
