We invite you to the Round 1 of stakeholder sessions to share your perspectives to shape Recognition & Rewards for Open Science at TU Delft.

For whom: Early career researchers (PhDs, Postdocs, Assistant Professors)

Expected Outcomes:

  • A shared understanding of the motivations and challenges for early-career researchers to engage in open science
  • Identification of support needs, resources, and recognition that would enable early-career researchers to practice Open Science more effectively

Next step:
The insights gathered during this session will be synthesised and used to draft the user requirements and policy scope in the next session.
