R&R for Open Science – Senior Researchers (Lunch event)

Dear Senior researcher,
We invite you to the Round 1 of stakeholder sessions to share your perspectives in this bottom-up initiative to shape Recognition & Rewards for Open Science (OS) at TU Delft.

Expected Outcomes:

• A shared understanding of the motivations and challenges for Senior researchers to engage in OS
• Shared understanding of the opportunities and barriers in acknowledging researchers’ OS contributions as supervisors
• Identification of support needs, resources, and recognition that would enable senior researchers to engage with OS more effectively

Next step:
The insights gathered during this session will be synthesised and used to draft the user requirements and policy scope in the next session.
