Through guided meditations, gentle movement, therapeutic journaling, and deep breathing exercises, we will release tension and restore our energy.During this circle, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences, thoughts, and emotions in a non-judgmental environment. Our intention is to foster a sense of community and promote healing and personal growth.Whether you are seeking solace, healing, or simply a moment of tranquility, the Sacred Weekly Restorative Circle is here for you.
