Mahara Holistic Lifestyle

Every Thursday, we hold a two hour Sacred Restorative Circle at Mahara Holistic Lifestyle in Amsterdam. Each circle is unique and we welcome new and returning faces! In our busy day to day lives we often don’t give ourselves much time to reflect, heal, connect. If you are seeking a safe space to feel understood, supported and connected to like-minded people, we invite you to join our Circle.At Innerflow Works, our hosts alternate guiding the circles each week. Every circle also has a different theme. This Thursday (27 October) the theme is “Embracing Change”. We will be honoring the Eclipse Season and Samhain, which falls at a midpoint of two eclipses. This energy is a perfect time for us to face the “storm” and also feel more connected with our ancestors and spirit guides. What you can expect: - a safe space to heal - intention setting - group visualization meditation - emotional writing / journaling - oracle card reading - heart sharing &amp; connection If the above resonates and you would to join our community, we invite you to join this Thursday (19:00-21:00) and/or any Thursday after that! 🤍Note: please wear something comfortable and we will close the doors at 18:55.
