This is for the off-beat ones. The quirky nervous systems. Left of fields. The neurodivergent folks. People with trauma histories. The ones who are in a process of change. The ones who want deeper connection to themselves and real connection with others without having to mask or perform. I’m running a small 6-week Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) group, held in a way that actually supports the relational side of the work. What makes this different is that you’re not just listening and hoping for the best with the program, you’re supported to track nervous system state changes as they happen, so the shifts can land, make sense and be embodied. We’ll weave together:• SSP (listening at home, at your pace) • nervous system education + polyvagal theory • somatic experiencing • art therapy + journaling • community connection • tea, snacks, and being human together This is about learning how your nervous system moves, what safety actually feels like for you, and how connection can happen without overwhelm. The group starts 19 February.Thursday evenings 7-8.30pm The cost is $480, including SSP access and all sessions, honestly, an absolute steal for the depth of support and the size of the group. This is absolutely open to people who have done the program before as well as people who have not.
