Happy Halloween and Blessed Samhain!Did you know that many major holidays we celebrate today were once Pagan days to celebrate the changes in seasons and the cycles of the sun, moon, and earth?Samhain marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, or the "darker half" of the year.It is a time when the veils are thin and we have a deep opportunity to connect to our ancestors, and the unseen world.So, sisters, witches, priestesses, and wise women...This is our time!From the ashes we have risen. Again and again.And we will continue to rise, because we are unstoppable.Enjoy the merriment and depth of this sacred day.On this special day, we go into Ceremony with the Intention of Honouring our Ancestors,And continue with a Shakti Dance class to deeper embody the power of our Intentions and Energy in the field we are creating together.Samhain is observed from sunset on October 31st to sunset on November 1st.
