Frozen leaf self holding sessions are about approaching yourself and your body-mind in a very gentle and loving way. We do this through holding parts of the body in a very specific manner﻿. You might recognize some elements of Frozen Leaf practice from mindfulness, reiki, vipassana meditation, focusing, tantra. However, this self holding practice is completely unique, enormously simple and yet deeply profound!Give yourself a day to dive deep and retreat: Join the SELF HOLDING &amp; EMBODIMENT day on Sunday 5 March 2023TENTATIVE SCHEDULE 10.00- approx. 16.0010.00 Door open10.15 Embodiment practices &amp; movement meditation to warm up, intro explanation11.15 Tea Break11.30 Supporting meditation and first hand positions12.15-13.15 Lunch Break (bring your own lunch)13.15 Full Self Holding session14.30 Tea break14.45 Deepening Self Holding &amp; Self Love, Q&amp;A15.30 End meditation &amp; GoodbyesPlease note:– Please wear or bring comfortable, loose fitting clothes.
