About this event
Frozen leaf self holding sessions are about approaching yourself and your body-mind in a very gentle and loving way. We do this through holding parts of the body in a very specific manner.
You might recognize some elements of Frozen Leaf practice from mindfulness, reiki, vipassana meditation, focusing, tantra. However, this self holding practice is completely unique, enormously simple and yet deeply profound!

Please note:
– Please wear or bring comfortable, loose fitting clothes. For women it’s advised to not wear a bra.
- Please bring warm socks and a large shawl or blanket.
– Please bring your own (light) lunch
– Tea and some snacks are included (for coffee you can take away from one of the bars in the area)
