Self-Care for Everyday Practice

What is ‘The Power of Self-Care’?

This program focuses on going on a journey back to you. Within 12 sessions of 2,5 hours each, we will be reflecting, meditating, moving and learning about western and eastern philosophies, and you will make a solid start to implement your journey of actively practising self-care.

Why should I attend?

The journey to self-care isn’t always easy. Every week we hold a space for new learnings taken from both western and eastern philosophy. With that in mind, you will reflect, move and meditate during this process, and we will do this in togetherness. You will be able to take home and practice new tools every week. The following breakdown might give you an idea of some of the subjects you will be exploring.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • Learning the Neuroscience of Self-Care
  • How to be Self-Compassion
  • Working with the Inner Tolerances and Boundaries
  • What are my triggers and how to self-care for them?
  • How to use self-reflection practices
  • Using Self-Care tools just for you
  • and so much more ...

What do I need?

When starting this journey of self-care, a diary or notebook can be helpful to write down your notes and also be able to reflect. Besides that, it might be nice to have something taste or a cup of tea or coffee at hand if you need it.
