Event Details

The Service Design Experience 2017 is a brainy, interactive event aiming to boost your innovation skills. A gathering that will inspire professionals from different sectors to create the ultimate customer experience and be able to transform your organisation and the future.


The Service Design Experience 2017 will boost your skills through learning by doing. There will be less talking and more doing as this event is packed with work sessions and master classes by top service design and customer experience experts. You can choose your own program by giving preference to the work sessions you want to attend.


This event is organised by Koos Service Design, one of the leading service design consultancies in Europe. They will host and welcome all professionals from large corporates, government and non-profit organisations that want to make a difference by creating an unbeatable customer experience and services that people love.


Our programme will start and end with an inspiration al keynote. In between you can choose from two service design workshops. The keynotes will be announced in the coming weeks.



During the event we will run 2 sessions where we will have 4 different workshops. You choose the topic you want to learn more about. 


Master the art of visual communication and become a ‘Black Pen’. Visualisations help you collaborate with your team, share your thoughts and materialize your ideas. After this workshop, you’ll need less time to explain yourself, you are more convincing and other people will remember you and your ideas longer.


The whole world is talking about customer journeys. But how do you redesign your journey in order to create an experience that truly adds value to your customer’s life? We will show you 10 ways of innovating your customer journey and help you to turn it into an unbeatable customer experience.


How can you prototype and test your ideas before spending too many valuable resources on developing something that does not work? Explore the world of prototyping with us and learn how to build some true innovation power and create a more agile organisation.


Making large organisations successful in the digital environment sounds great, but isn't easy. Join this discussion and learn from service design professionals and inspiring peers about the barriers that you may find. Exchange experiences on how to overcome them and make your services future-proof.
