Jesse is an independent service design consultant, trainer and coach. He has twelve years’ experience as a service designer, and has worked as a design consultant since 1998 in London, Düsseldorf, Sydney and Amsterdam. Jesse is recognized as a thought leader in the practice of service design, and serves asSenior Vice President of the Service Design Network (SDN) and Editor-in-Chief of the service design journal ‘Touchpoint’.He regularly organizes and speaks at Dutch and international events.He is also co-founder and Head of Training for the Service Design Network Academy.He has worked with a wide range of international brands, including ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, Facebook, Optus, Vodafone, Orange and AkzoNobel, as well as the Dutch government.
