This is session #1 of a series of 5 sessions. Theme will be about "Feeling at home with Change". We will start with exploring the meaning and definition of "home" through a fun set of exercises. We will then understand the "change curve" and identify where we are with regards to feeling at home with significant change that you have undergone or are going through right now. You will leave the session with your own definition of "home", deeper understanding of the psychology of change and a sense of comfort navigating change in your life.
