Join us for 𝙎𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨, an interactive sound bath that blends live music, theater, meditation, movement, and more! This unique experience is a chance to step away from the daily grind and join a welcoming community.
The sessions will be guided by Kellen McDaniel and Berber Heerema, featuring cello, viola, percussion, and vocals. Each session combines music, theater, and a variety of activities to help you connect with yourself and others around you. Afterward, enjoy time to mingle and meet fellow participants.
This English-language experience is open to everyone. You can choose to actively participate on the performance floor or simply relax and enjoy the experience from the audience seats.
