Shamanic Reiki & Aromatherapy Recharge

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to center your energy, then guide you into a calming inward journey. As you lie down, soothing live music and the gentle infusion of aromatherapy scents will create a nurturing atmosphere.

During the session, Kim Ruwa will offer individual Reiki healing. Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy healing practice, where universal healing energy flows through the practitioner’s hands and into your body (only with your consent). This process promotes balance and harmony in your body, mind, and soul.

The intention of this session is to help you achieve deep relaxation, release tension, and emerge feeling rejuvenated, recharged, and more open-hearted. Reiki energy is powerful and can sometimes bring emotions to the surface—this is a natural part of the healing process. Should this happen, Kim will guide and support you with care.
