What does it take to create the next generation of groundbreaking work? How do you innovate, inspire, and drive impact in a rapidly changing industry?

Join us for a dynamic discussion featuring some of the creative minds who are defining what's next for our industry. Hear from upcoming voices who have been in the thick of it at Cannes Lions, taking part in creative leadership programmes from See It Be It and Young Lions, to the Jodi Harris Scholarship. We’ll look behind the curtain at what's working now - and what will matter in the future.

Whether you're a creative, an account lead, or a brand marketer, this event is for you. You'll gain valuable perspectives on adapting to industry shifts, elevating your work, and charting your own path in the creative industry.

Hosted by W+K Amsterdam and NL’s Cannes Lions rep, Orange Lions. The event is moderated by Kerrie Finch (founder, the FINCH factor).

Tickets:

Tickets are €5 each with all proceeds going towards the UNICEF Netherlands For every child in Gaza campaign

The speakers:

Alex Gerrity, Global Head of PR at Tony's Chocolonely

Alex has the best job in the world - she spends all day talking about chocolate. Not just any chocolate, but Tony’s Chocolonely - the impact company ending exploitation in cocoa, whilst making damn tasty chocolate. It also happens to be the fastest growing chocolate brand in the world. Alex started her career in festivals & live music, but swapped backstage for spaceflights as part of Virgin's masterbrand team, before emigrating to the Netherlands to join Tony’s Amsterdam HQ. Alex was Europe’s only Cannes Lions’ Jodi Harris scholar in 2025 and won't stop talking about it.

Erika Moreira, Copywriter at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam

A Brazilian-born creative copywriter living in Amsterdam with a portfolio featuring global brands like Nike, Samsung, Netflix, Duolingo, and Evian. She thrives when given the opportunity to create for brands that allow her to craft narratives rooted in race, gender, class, and identity, offering both historical introspection and a vision for a better future.

Jessica Stahl, Creative Director, Cartoonist and Founder of Vanillacooldance

Jessica is the creator of Vanillacooldance—a taboo-breaking cartoon and global movement smashing shame around sex, relationships, and self-expression. With bold illustrations, viral street art (think Banksy, but with lube and laughter), and an unfiltered voice, she empowers a community of 78,000+ to embrace their shameless selves. Named 2024 Sex & Relationships bCreator of the Year and Cannes Lions See It Be It creative leader, Jessica tackles everything we’re told to hide—from period sex and pegging to egg freezing and nipple hair. Her guerrilla campaigns, brand collaborations, and international workshops spark bold conversations worldwide.

Kiki Knoops & Yascha Puts, Creative Duo at Dentsu Creative Amsterdam

Kiki and Yascha have been a creative team for almost three years since they were matched through the SWITCH Talent Program. Yascha studied at art school, and Kiki has a degree in Communication & Advertising. Even though they come from very different backgrounds and have different interests, they work together perfectly. After a few internships and projects, they're now proud to be a junior creative team at Dentsu Creative Amsterdam, continuing their journey together.
